Sonic Sessions
It’s time to get those tracks ready—submissions for the April edition of Sonic Sessions are open!
Join us for another chill and engaging night of music on Wednesday, April 2. Testing out a track for the summer? Sending a demo for Black Techno Matters? Trying a new mixing technique? Come and chat with BTM label crew and fellow artists and get not only valuable feedback on your track, but make connections with other artists, learn new approaches to making music, and more.
Send us a track by March 19 to be considered for the session.
Before submitting:
Your track must be exported and sent to us in the following format: Bit Depth – 24 Bit / Sample Rate – 44100 Hz (44.1 kHz) / Stereo WAV file
Have the file audio peaking at around -6db and please remove any mastering compression.
Please send one wav file in Dropbox or Google Drive (*please* make sure to allow access so we can listen and download the track for playback).
The deadline is March 19 to get in for this session but submit early for a better chance at a slot. And remember, you don't have to be in DC to participate. We will email selected artists by March 29.
