Hatchett aka NicoTheGoddess is a singer/songwriter and Dj from North Little Rock, AR and living in Memphis, TN. Nico has been a musician and singer since she was 5 years old. Being classically trained in viola and voice, she has utilized both talents to ultimately create her own unique signature in alternative R&B music. Taking influence from Kari Faux, Amel Larrieux, and Jean Carn, she has been able to incorporate those flavors into the way she goes about conceptualizing life through sound. She is one of the lead vocalists for the Neo-Soul group “We Might Be”, and is also a featured artist of the DJ collective "Bodywerk". With Nico's ever expanding love for music creation and performance, she is always seeking to push the limits of what conventional music can be. She spins a mix of hip hop, disco, r&b, house, and ghettotech in the club.
